Anna Sui
A 60s circus welcomed audiences to Anna Sui’s spring summer collection. Ring leader jackets and lace-up boots preceded an assortment of prints, stripes and vibrant hues. Strong shoulders made their presence known as did knits, turtlenecks and peter pan collars. As always, Anna’s creations have a strong girly cuteness to them and I can imagine many a day spent in her paisley print pinafores.3.1 Phillip Lim
Crop tops were in at Phillip Lim, with a combination of short shirts and jackets in muted colours dominating the runway. Basic outfits were jazzed up with glittering accessories paraded in platform peep-toe booties. The ever-prevalent sequin came in the form of tops and dresses adding to an overall very chic, very wearable collection.
